About Me

I’m Madison Cho, a 17-year-old artist from La Cañada. Art has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. What started as doodles in sketchbooks grew into a deep passion for painting, drawing, and digital media. I love exploring emotion through visual storytelling, and I’m drawn to themes of identity, memory, and connection. My work has been featured in local exhibitions and competitions, and I’m currently training as an art major to keep growing both technically and creatively.

In 2025, I was honored to be crowned Miss Teen USA Chunghyang, which allows me to serve as a Cultural Ambassador and represent my heritage through community involvement and cultural exchange.

Outside of art, I’ve been a committed athlete, serving as Varsity Golf Team Captain at La Cañada High School for four years. Golf has taught me discipline, patience, and leadership—qualities that influence not only how I play, but also how I create and live.

Throughout high school, I’ve also been deeply involved in volunteer work and community leadership, which has led to several honors and awards—each one meaningful because it reflects the impact I hope to make on others.

My goal as an artist—and as a person—is simple: to create work that speaks to people, whether through a painting, a moment of cultural connection, or an act of service. I’m still at the beginning of my journey, but I’m excited for what’s ahead.
